Proverbs 3:34 “God resists the proud, but gives grace to the humble.” Humility is not thinking less of yourself; its thinking of yourself less. Jesus told his disciples that the greatest one among them was a servant; and He came to serve, not to be served. Paul wrote of his desire to decrease, so Christ could increase.
